Very beautiful broad views of the sea framed by the Asinara peninsula and the Corsica Island. The villa has a large panoramic terrace. A side portion of the terrace can also be used as a covered parking space. From the same terrace, going down a few stairs, you directly access the beach. Please note: there is a covered terrace (20 m2) equipped for outdoor dining on ground floor. The double sofa bed in the living room is 140 cm wide. Both double bedrooms on first floor have access to a covered terrace with sea view (approx. 20 m2). Comfortable furniture. LOCATION: 400 m the small summer hamlet Lu Bagnu (grocery shop, restaurant, various shops), 2 km Castelsardo (all kinds of shops), 32 km Porto Torres (port for accessing Sardinia from the north), 29 km Sassari, 70 km Santa Teresa di Gallura (embarkations for Corsica) and Alghero (airport), 100 km Olbia (port, airport).
