Description

After a refreshing bath in your private mini-sea, you can have a siesta on the wrap-around terrace, on one of the sun lounges under a sun sail or, if you feel like you still didn't get enough sun, you can relax on the lawn and let the warm sun gently caress your skin. Traveling with kids? No need to worry - the pool is childproof. The outside area is beautifully shaped with long stretching patches of gravel and four islands with carefully planted greenery. The restored facade of the 100-year-old villa is a real eye-catcher with its brown window shutters and thrones over a covered terrace with a large table where you can enjoy your holiday delicacies prepared to your taste on the gas-powered barbecue.

Once inside, you will soon realise that your holiday home - even if it can look back on a long history - is packed with modern elements and radiates a lofty brightness. Everything here bears testimony of the exquisite style of the owners, who, with a lot of attention to detail, and partially owed to the large windows, have created a very bright and inviting interior. You can easily prepare more elaborate dishes in the perfectly equipped kitchen and serve them in the same room at the white wooden table, which can also be used for playing board games or socializing. A sliding door made of light wood leads opens the view onto the modern living room, where you can choose between rocking chairs and two comfortable sofas. Seated here, you can enjoy the crackling, stylish fireplace that creates a homely warm atmosphere, or watch one of the classics from your "must-see" movie list. Afterall holidays are the perfect opportunity to finally go do all those things you never find the time to. The ground floor features a bedroom, a bathroom and a second bedroom with a bathroom, which can be accessed from this room only. Unobtrusive artworks scattered around the house break up the expanse with a spacious, minimalist-clear touch. The staircase in the hallway leads up to the upper floor, where you are greeted by another living room with sofas. White is the prevailing colour in combination with other earthy natural tones. On the first floor, there is also a balcony offering a view of the sea shimmering in a thousand shades of blue in the distance.

Plenty of natural colour shades can also be found, when you leave the villa to discover its surroundings. The villa is located directly on a street which you may hear at some times. The upside of this however is the fact that you are very well connected and your daily shopping needs can be met in the village of Son Servera, which is only 7 km away and invites you to take a stroll along its steep streets. On the way there you will pass the Pula golf course, where you can work on your handicap. Or you can drive to the lively coastal town of Cala Millor, located only 7 km away from your villa. Here you can visit the local market, taking place on Sundays, where you can buy fresh fish caught in the morning by the fishermen. Of course, you can also go into the sea, as thanks to the fine, white sand and excellent water quality, the entrance is gentle and very smoothly. Costa de los Pinos with its turquoise waters and idyllic bays, making the heart of every holidaymaker beat faster, can be reached in 8 minutes only. To round off your day, you can enjoy the unforgettable evening atmosphere in the town with its many winding streets, Artà, which is about 7.6 km away.
