The setting of Finca Lluisa is exceptional, framed in the hill of the mountain with the same name, Garrafa, in the Serra de Tramuntana, within a land of 700.000 m2 in which the olive trees and cypresses, coexist with other Majorcan species like laurels and fig trees where time stands still. In a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Camp de Mar, Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells.
The house is surrounded by several shaded terraces and an impressive 200 m2 main ter terrace with a swimming pool and sea views. Here you can enjoy sunbathing by the pool or just some relaxed moments under the shade.

We access the house by a hall from which we can access the 1st floor where we find all 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a living room. If we remain on the ground floor a dining room with a dinig table for 6 guests, the living room with several sofas and armchairs and stove and a 42’ Sat-TV. Next is the fully equipped kitchen with chimney.
On the first floor we find all 3 bedrooms with radiators. The main bedroom of 15 m2 has a double bed of 1,60 x 1,90 m and a bathroom ensuite and a radiatior. The second bedroom of 20 m2 has a large iron bed of 1,60 x 1,90 m2 and a sofá. The third bedroom of 11m2 has 2 singles beds of 0,90 x 1,90 m. Among them there is a large family bathroom with shower and and a second living room.
Finca LLuisa is located in a massive finca where you find another villa called Finca Garrafa. Both fincas can be rented together with a total capacity of 14 persons.
From the villa in just a few minutes we reach the beautiful village of Andratx surrounded by mountains and with a wide range of services and leisure. The coastal area of Camp de Mar with its beautiful beaches Platja Palmira and Cala Fornells can be reached in a few minutes by car.
