In the lower part of the property there is a large area with swimming pool, statues, fountains and waterfalls, a fish tank that will be loved by children, tennis table for everybody's entertainment. There are also fruit and olive trees and from any corner it is possible to enjoy a wide view over the picturesque Val d'Orcia.
