On the raised ground floor there is the living room and kitchen and two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs on the first floor are two other bedrooms, one with a double and one single bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed and two single beds. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The two upstairs bedrooms have independent air conditioning. Downstairs is a central aircon system.
There is Wifi internet access throughout the house.There is a large furnished veranda and the villa is surrounded by a lovely well maintained garden with lawn

Outside there is a swimming pool which is fully equipped with sun loungers etc, so there is plenty of room to relax around the pool. Also a big plus for this property close to the pool there is a large ''pool house'' which is fully furnished with comfy seating and table and chairs for outside dining. There is a kitchen area, fridge and Barbeque and outside the pool house there is a nice patio area overlooking the pool.

Situated in a quiet, but not isloated rural location. It is an Ideal base to explore the area around Alghero. less then 5mins walk away is a great Agriturismo restaurant, serving traditional Sardinian food including 'porcetto' suckling pig.

This is a great place for a families or groups of up to 10 people. Ideal for up to 8 people, but on request we may be able to accommodate one or two extra guests.
