Description

The villa is on two levels.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and the possibility of adding an extra bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a closet.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed (equipped with air conditioning), a bathroom with bath and terrace / solarium.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher, washing machine.
The upstairs room has air conditioning.

Outdoors: garden, covered veranda, private pool, barbecue. Parking space at the side of the road.

The villa is located within the "Country Paradise", a complex that fascinates with its enchanting position, the inimitable colors of the sky and the sea, the very white and particular beaches, the Mediterranean stain of a unique colorful. Here you get the urge to love, run, jump, because the air is clear, healthy, the color palette consists of uncontrollable, the kitchen offers healthy and strong intense flavor.
The services are located in the upper part of the village.
In the lower part of the tourist village, near the pond and the sea, there is a nucleus of exclusive villas, most often with a private garden and swimming pool; at the bottom there are the apartments, managed with the residence or hotel formula.
The village is guarded by vigilantes.
