Description

The luxuriant garden of this country house offers a surprising beauty and liveliness. So, any time becomes the perfect moment to enjoy the sun beams while having breakfast at the porch. There are 5 sun loungers available as well as a hammock where you can revell in the scent of the fresh grass and the sea. The property is fenced and privacy is total despite that there are neighbours around. Inside, the spaciousness, simplicity and the Mallorcan style create the perfect atmosphere to relax. When you enter you find a great living room open to the dining area where you can watch the satellite TV or chat with your loved ones, or maybe rest on the sofas in the air-conditioned space. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stovetop and it offers all you may need to cook as well as a table to enjoy your meals right here and exit to the outside. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation presents 3 bedrooms where you can rest. Two of them have double bed, and one has twin beds and terrace. All the bedrooms feature fan and closet. Two baby cots and high chairs also are available. The house offers two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub. Two electric radiators complete the equipment. Ses Covetes is a coastal area very quiet where the visit to the stunning and paradisaical beach of Es Trenc is a must. This beach is only 1.5 km from the house. It offers beach bars where you can enjoy an appetiser before or after a long day swimming in the turquoise waters. There are other dream-like beaches you must visit like the one in Colonia de Sant Jordi, which is also the perfect town to try the Mallorcan cuisine or fresh fish and where you can do your daily shopping. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is exterior parking for 4 cars and covered exterior parking for 4 more cars. There is an annexed building that will remain closed.
