In wonderfully rural location, the villa "S'Alzina" opens its doors to discerning holidaymakers seeking ultimate tranquillity. The modern building, with its straight lines and pale-toned facade, sits majestically among fields and trees, an enchanting combination of timeless aesthetics and idyllic surroundings. Extensive gravelled and terraced areas surround the house, offering a variety of opportunities to spend ample time outdoors discovering new spots to sit soaking up the atmosphere. There is also a large covered area casting ample shade right beside the pool, which stretches out, flanked by an attractive sun terrace, in front of the house. The 10 m pool is lined with bright blue mosaic tiles, tempting you to swim a length or two. At the large dining table, you can sit gazing out over the pool and beyond while you savour your breakfast and start to plan the coming day. Incidentally, it's also a fine place for BBQing together in the evening - particularly tasty when you are using fresh local ingredients. The outdoor kitchen is spacious and features a fridge, freezer and even a TV. The balcony on the upper floor offers exquisite far-reaching views. Poly-rattan furniture tempts you to come and sip a drink, or a celebratory glass of wine in the evening. There is ample parking space behind the house for several cars. Fancy a little game of table tennis? No problem, the table awaits in the covered area! Should you wish to book the villa for team events or small conferences, a projector can also be set up here. There is also an additional bathroom available in the outdoor area. The house also has one exceptional feature: there is a charging station on site for electric vehicles.

Large rooms invite you to stretch out and make extensive use of the 420 m² space available to you during your stay. A cosily designed living room forms the heart of the ground floor, where you can enjoy relaxing during a day spent indoors. The exit to the terrace tempts you to spend a glorious Summer day switching freely back and forth between indoor and outdoor areas. A chic kitchen with numerous wood features offers ample storage space, and a lovely dining area, but above all, it comes fully equipped with all the modern and appealing appliances you need to form a fabulous base for your independent self-catering holiday. Steps lead down from here to the pool - important routes between the different areas of the house have been well-thought-out and cleverly incorporated into the design. Four stylish bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, together with a very practical guest WC complete the ground floor, while the upper floor contains a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace. Like the rest of the house, all bathrooms boast a sophisticated design with simple elegance as their hallmark. The bedrooms are also air-conditioned to ensure a restful night's sleep at a comfortable temperature even on warm Summer nights.
