Description

Beautiful and spacious villa nestled in the traditionally Sardinian countryside in the region of San Pantaleo,a great location situated between exclusive Porto Cervo and historial Arzachena.
The villa is light and airy with wonderful outside space. Built over approximately 15,000 square metres of Sardinian gardens with a stunning large swimming pool enjoying beautiful views of the mountainous landscape. Find shade under an olive tree or have a game of ball on the rustic lawns, the garden is a wonderful extension of this family friendly home.
The elegantly furnished living-dining room has large doors opening up both sides to two beautiful large terraces, one with an outdoor dining area. There is also a further stunning verandah with luxuriously comfy seating surrounded by pretty countryside views, the ideal spot for sampling the local wines or simple relaxation with a book.
There are three bedrooms in the main villa and two further doubles in an annexe, all decorated in a stylish design with pretty and characterful touches throughout. Sleeping up to eleven guests with four bathrooms, this homely holiday villa would be perfect for families and groups of friends alike.
This holiday home is in a great area for exploring the northern part of the island. The glitz and glamour of Porto Cervo is just ten kilometres away or discover the many archaeological sites in and around nearby Arzachena.

#### Location
Just off the road between San Pantaleo and historical Arzachena, this beautiful holiday home is in a great spot for exploring both the emerald coast and archaeological sites inland.
Exclusive Porto Cervo is just 10 kilometres away where you can celebrity spot at the marina, dine in one of the many upmarket restaurants or shop to your hearts delight in the many designer boutiques. Created in the late 1950s by Prince Karim Aga Khan to be a prestigious retreat for the wealthy, Porto Cervo has gained a reputation for glitz and glamour. There are numerous fine dining options dotted throughout the town but if the luxury gets too much then why not opt for a simple and more affordable pizzeria. Golf-lovers be sure to visit the Robert Trent Jones-designed Pevero Golf Club nearby, arguably one of the finest in the world.
Spotless sandy beaches with their turquoise seas and the sweet smell of macchia are some of the finest in the world. Further afield you can explore the rugged interior of the island and find one of the thousands of Nuraghic sites that are scattered across the emerald isle.
If you are keen to go off the beaten track you may come across a deserted cove backed with tumbling hills and the sweet smell of macchia (Sardinian wild herbs). Others prefer the larger stretches of sand such as Spiaggia Liscia Ruia, often claimed to be the most beautiful beach in the region. Inland Sardinia also offers so much exploration, such as the 8,000 megalithic nuraghe (man-made stone towers on the rugged hilltops), many with stunning views all around.
