Discover the lands of Prosecco DOCG along the hills that connect Valdobbiadene to Conegliano: a mix of natural, artistic and architectural treasures to be discovered on foot, by bicycle or by motorbike among the vineyards, ancient villages and cellars. From this apartment in an old two- family house, arranged on three floors connected by a steep wooden staircase, we start to discover the Veneto region, and then come back here in the evening to enjoy the peace of the place and to drink in the garden, a glass of Prosecco or Cartizze from the nearby cellar. Destinations for your trips: Venice (80 km, also reachable by train); relax on a beach on the nearby Adriatic coast (70 km); trekking on the Dolomites (50 km); windsurfing or kitesurfing on Lake Santa Croce (50 km); a walk in the mountains to Pianezze (10 km); fishing in the Piave river on whose shores there is also a beautiful equipped beach (7 km); or golf in the nearby fields (within 50 km there are four golf courses). Valdobbiadene owes its fame to Prosecco and celebrates it through a series of themed events that follow one another during the year: “Canevando” in July, a guided walk through the vineyards and the hills to discover the cellars where it is possible to taste Prosecco Superior DOCG combined with the various typical dishes; “Calici di stelle” in August, with tasting of Valdobbiadene Docg; the “Centomiglia” race on the Prosecco road, in October, in which the classic cars parade. There is no lack of ideas for those who love art and history: the northern part is characterized by ancient hamlets, such as Cison di Valmarino, Asolo, Serravalle ... while the plain is dotted with the Venetian Villas, artistic heritage unique in the world. The major cities of art are nearby: Treviso (35 km) where you can walk through the arcades, canals and frescoes of the historic center; Venice (80 km) unique city in the world; Padua (68 km) to admire the wonderful Scrovegni Chapel and its Botanical Garden, Unesco heritage; Vicenza (65 km) with its historical center, the work of art by Andrea Palladio, Belluno (50 km), door of the Dolomites. The accommodation is suitable for the family thanks to the quiet environment in which it is inserted. Climbing in the nearby Pianezze, (1000 m a. s. l.) in summer you regenerate with quiet walks along difficult routes on foot or by bicycles and e-bikes (to be rented on site). There is also an Adventure Park. The small balcony of the house is reachable only by passing through the window of the twin bedded room. Access road: 10 m dirt track. The property can be reached by car and the public car park is 200 meters away.
