"Anthony Villa" is a luxurious, newly built villa with a private pool, fully equipped for up to 8 people. The villa offers 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with two dining areas and a lovely living room with a fireplace. A gym area with different equipment is provided! Ideal home for “outdoor living” with two terraces, one overlooking the pool offering sun loungers and one more with outdoor dining area, barbeque and swinging sofa! A couple of minutes from the beach and Chania!



This 180m2 newly built villa is fully equipped and able to accommodate comfortably up to 8 people! The villa offers three double bedrooms on the first floor sharing one large bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and the main dining room overlooking the pool. A WC with a shower is available on this level.



In the lower level, there is one more private double bedroom as well as a lounge area with a three-seater sofa and gym area with different training equipment.

The Villa is situated in the center of Galatas small town offering supermarkets, pharmacy cafes, and restaurants. At just 1km away you can reach the nearest organized beaches of Kalamaki, Agioi Apostoloi and Chrysi Akti, where you can find a wide range of beach bars, restaurants, many shops, and services.



The city of Chania is just 12 minutes away by car or by bus. Our villa is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.



• Bedrooms

Our Villa offers four spacious modern bedrooms. The two first floor double bedrooms offer queen-sized beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The first-floor third bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds. Finally, the fourth double bedroom is located on the lower level. Fresh and clean linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!



• Bathrooms

There is a modern bathroom with a bathtub and shower on the first floor. One smaller bathroom with WC and shower is located on the ground level. All kinds of essentials and towels provided by us for our guests. A washing machine is available.



• Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. The dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate six persons. The kitchen, living room and main dining room are in one open space on the ground floor.



• Living Room

The living room has one lounge area with two comfortable sofas and cable TV.. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the energy-efficient fireplace. There is also the main dining room with an extra sofa and great views of the garden and pool area. One more living room with a three-seater sofa and lounge area with gym equipment is located on the lower level.



• Outdoors

Our Villa is surrounded by two different terraces to offer you moments of relaxation and privacy. On the front side, you will find outdoor furniture like a dining table with chairs, an outdoors swinging sofa, and a stone-built barbeque. On the backside, you can relax or have fun in your private swimming pool or sunbathe on the sun loungers. Both sides are ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just relaxing under the shade on a summer noon. There is one parking space. The villa is fenced and totally safe if you are traveling with children.

Galatas area is located about 6km west of Chania, close to Agioi Apostoloi and Kalamaki beaches. The seaside part of the area is a well-developed resort that attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Galatas is about 1.5km from many different well-organized sandy beaches that provide all possible touristic services and water sports facilities. The area offers all necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.



Other things to note

Please note that for people who are interested in booking this villa during the month of September we are located opposite an elementary school.. Scholl resumes teachings in the middle of September and after that, there will be kid's noise during break time.
