Beach Villa Paradiso II is a brand new holiday home with private swimming pool and 2 bedrooms, ideally located within walking distance to the beach and facilities of the sought after holiday resort of Agia Pelagia. There is a spacious lounge (double sofa bed, satellite TV) with adjoining kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dining table) and patio doors leading straight out to the pool terrace. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin, sharing a family shower room. For the comfort of our guests, the whole property is air-conditioned (included in the rental price). Outside, Villa Paradiso II has a beautiful, private swimming pool surrounded by extensive terraces perfect for sunbathing, dining, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding area. The private pool measures 5m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds. A modern awning provides shade when required. A poolside shower is also available. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a barbecue together with outdoor dining area are provided, for delicious meals under the Cretan stars. Private parking is available within the grounds.
