"Punta des Port 13" is a house constructed in the typical Cala d'Or style: like most of the buildings here, it has been painted a in brilliant white and features two storeys in a simple, modern, and cubic style – similar to many houses on the neighbouring island of Ibiza. Thanks to the south-facing location, the beautiful villa has been kissed by the sun in the truest sense of the word – a real holiday dream, especially since the estate measuring more than 1,000 m² boasts a 10-metre-long sloped pool with bright yellow sun loungers and parasols, inviting you to dive in and cool off. But you can also settle down for a break in sunny and shady terrace areas right by the house to enjoy delicacies from the BBQ or to read a good book while savouring a cold drink. From the roof terrace and the balcony on the upper floor, you even have a wonderful view of the nearby sea. Your house is situated in a south-facing location only about 115 m from the Mediterranean in a residential area. Be sure to take a walk through the surrounding area and enjoy the view of the swaying boats, tall palm trees, and green mountains. The beach Cala Egos is only about 900 m away. The bay is nestled between two hotels and scores points with its good infrastructure. You can reach the town of Cala d'Or by taking the road, which can be audible from the property, for 3.3 km. In addition to lush coves and sandy beaches, the little town offers a mix of quiet corners as well as restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and shopping facilities. The centre of the city is the marina with its yacht club – you can admire up to 600 boats here.
