Villas Sitges Tupinetti has been completely renovated in the month of May 2017 (100%).

HOW TO BOOK:

The Villa is located on the second line of the Sitges promenade, with the advantage of adding the proximity to the beach of Sitges and the center of Sitges with the tranquility of not being on the seafront. Private parking for 4 cars.

A Garden of more than 800 square meters in the most exclusive area of Sitges, an 8 * 4 private pool, surrounded by magnificent trees to rest in the shade and tranquility.

This villa has three terraces and an outside area to sit and eat with barbecue.
2 Terraces and a solarium + covered summer lounge: An ideal terrace for breakfast on the south facade of the Villa overlooking the sea to start the day perfectly.

STAYS OUT OF HIGH SEASON / LONG STAYS:
Enjoy also short stays out of season:
Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Villa Tupinetti is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

We have monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months very attractive !!!. Consult them.

Perfect Villa, great location in Sitges

The villa was a 2 minute walk and into Sitges it took only 15 mins. The number of rooms and bathrooms suited all three families with children but only criticism was no air conditioning in the room with bunk beds after all this was late July and early August and it was hot. The pool was fantastic and very safe for children. There was enough space for everybody to find some quiet areas without feeling not part of the experience. Very enjoyable and a memorable experience

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO PAYMENTS AND RATES:

1.- You can pay by Home Away by Visa Card with a 3% supplement of Commission Cards.

2.- You can pay by Bank Transfer.

Home Away Helpdesk can be contracted with both forms of payments.

3.- Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets / towels for the pool and bath. If 2 weeks are reserved, there are 2 cleanings, etc.

4.- This cleaning costs 425 € / week.

5.- Tourist Rate: €0.90 / Adult / Day the first 7 days.

6.- In Low Season: 600 € of expenses of water, light and gas based on real consumption

7.- Late checkin: From 20:00 to 24:00. + € 45

8.- Late check-in: From 24:00: + € 70.

9.- In low season, from October to May, there will be a cost of € 50 / person / day from 8 people.
