Set in it's own private courtyard and drenched in south-facing Adriatic sunshine, this fully restored 18 century stone house is set in the heart of Cavtat's harbour town, just a stone's throw from the beach and quaint promenade fringed by shops and eateries. No cars are allowed in these parts, so the villa enjoys its own quiet corner tucked away but close enough to modern conveniences and numerous tourist hotspots for memorable days out, such as Montenegro's Kotor bay and Dubrovnik's UNESCO old town. Decorated in a modern style whilst retaining original features such a wooden beams and exposed interior walls, all four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom whilst the villa has underfloor heating throughout. Fully equipped to enrich your stay, the outside hot tub is appreciated best with a glass of wine at twilight. Note, this villa has a hot tub rather than a pool and is within 5 minutes walk to the beach.
