This beautiful villa with private pool is situated aprox. 1,5km. from the sandy beach, 0,7 km. from the rock beach, 1,5km. from the supermarkets, restaurants and the town Els Poblets and 9km from Denia. The villa consists of private pool 8x4m. with metal stairs, lawn around the swimming pool, terrace with garden furniture. Inside with lounge dining room with t.v.
