Description

The best possible plan is to start the long day with a succulent breakfast at the porch, with the rural atmosphere of the Mallorcan stone building, the fields full of trees and the total peace and privacy as the best company. Then, you will discover that laying on one of the 4 sun loungers to bask in the sun is a true wonder, together with a good reading and the song of the birds. When it is hot, the above ground pool of 5 metres diameter and 1.3 metres depth offers the possibility of taking a nice and refreshing swim, although you can also wash off at the exterior shower. When the sun comes down, the little family ones can play and run on the artificial lawn while you prepare a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and there are not neighbours around. The one-storey house features solar panels since the owner is committed to the environment. There also is a power generator, if necessary. That's why we ask you for a responsible use of it, specially of the appliances. When you enter, you find the dining table, furnished with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meal all together if you prefer to stay inside. Next, you find the living room where you can rest, watch the TV-Sat or enjoy your time all together listening to some music on the CD player. The kitchen is basically open to the dining area, and it is equipped with gas stove, microwave, coffee maker and much more. There are two bedrooms where you can rest at night, one with a double bed and a wardrobe, and the other with two twin beds and a wardrobe too. There also are up to 2 cots and high chairs for your babies. There is a shower bathroom for the whole accommodation, and it also offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two fans for the hottest days and gasoil central heating for the coldest days. But the best thing when it is cold is the wood stove in the living room! The property is located in the centre of the island, 2.8 km away from Santa Eugènia, where you will find all you may need for your stay, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Please, take into account that sometimes you can hear the planes passing by in the area of Santa Eugènia. Those who love playing golf find two courses not far away: Golf Puntiró and Golf Son Gual. Regarding the beaches, you can visit those of Can Pastilla or Playa de Palma, the nearest ones. But you can also head to the other end of the island and meet the paradisaical Bay of Alcudia, with beaches of crystalline water and fine sand. Your pets are welcome! There is exterior parking for 4cars. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
