Villa Grazia is a former barn that has been recently restored. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It offers wonderful views over the countryside and is set in a private furnished garden with a pool and a nearby spa.

The Space:
The villa is situated on the hills surrounding Montecatini Terme and offers spectacular views over the valleys and woods. It has been recently carefully renovated and retains its original architectural features, whilst offering a beautifully furnished interior. There is a private garden which provides lighting, outdoor speakers, a barbecue area with a wood burning pizza oven, and a pool which is partially above ground. The garden is completely fenced in and parking is available. The ground floor of the villa consists of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, which offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that electricity is included up to 110 KW per week. Any additional use must be paid according to consumption on departure. Also payable locally is a final cleaning fee of 140 euros and a security deposit of 350 euros. This is refunded on departure upon the property being left in satisfactory condition. The pool is open from 15 April to 15 October each year.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access of the villa, pool and gardens during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is situated about 3 kilometres away from the small town of Monsummano Terme, which has lots of shops and a spa (Grotta Siusti).

Getting Around:
A car is essential.

A local property manager lives nearby should guests need any assistance during their stay.
