Welcome to the Quiet Moments house, with a splendid sea view. We are 300 meters from the Costa Rei beach defined by Lonely Planet among the 10 most beautiful in the world and reachable on foot in just 4 minutes. A few meters from the center and from all the main activities and services such as Market, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagents, squares, ice cream parlor, children's play area, and many others. The excellent location will allow you to avoid using the car and reach the beach and the center on foot. The sea view will be a pleasant company in your stay, reconciling you with everything. In fact, you can admire it from the garden and from the house, while enjoying an aperitif, playing with your children, having breakfast or reading a book, seeing its sunrise and listening to its wonderful sound. The house has been recently renovated and all the furnishings are new. We have chosen to furnish it in three relaxing colors, white, light wood, and light blue and to create a comfortable and functional environment.
It is composed as follows:
-Living room with a characteristic wooden beam ceiling, 3-seater sofa, 42 "satellite TV, 8-seater extendable table, air conditioning and a large sliding glass door that joins the interior with the exterior.
- Modular kitchen with oven and microwave, equipped with kettle, espresso and cappuccino machine, toaster, wine glasses and everything you need.
-Double bedroom, where you can place a cot for children, ceiling fan and mosquito net if necessary.
-Bunk bed room convertible into double with pull-out bed, mosquito net and air conditioner.
-Bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and first aid kit
-Laundry area with washing machine, drying racks and clothespins.
-The garden has a green lawn, is fenced in masonry and tall flower beds to guarantee your privacy. It has been organized so that you can be pleasantly outdoors. You will find 2 pergolas, one with the outdoor sitting area where you can relax, the other with a wooden table for breakfast, lunches and dinners always facing the sea. You can use the outdoor shower upon returning from the beach and the barbecue in the evening for tasty grilled meat or fish with a good glass of wine. The common parking is free from which, through a staircase, you enter the house. A 1000Lt water reserve is available.
We provide free umbrella and 2 beach chairs, cot and high chair for small children.
The house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by lemon trees, strawberry trees, myrtle and rosemary. It is suitable for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday, forget about daily commitments and rhythms, enjoy the beauty of nature around and above all be comfortable in the house that hosts you.
