With a fresh, white colour scheme throughout, this villa is the definition of cool. The large, airy rooms are warmed up with pops of colour and pattern that also make it feel like home. You'll want to get out and explore the immediate area, with beaches and amenities within easy reach.
On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living/dining space that showcases a harmonious mix of natural materials and modern features. The low sofas and large armchair are so comfortable to relax back into as you unwind in front of a film on the flat screen television. A solid wood dining table with retro-inspired chairs makes for a lovely space to enjoy evening meals. Just off this open plan room is a fully fitted kitchen with its modern appliances and a retro feel that continues from the dining area. A huge American-style fridge freezer is just calling out to be filled with local food and drinks. A small table and chairs are ideal for quick breakfasts or to simply sit at and take in the views over the garden with a coffee. Doors open onto the terrace and further outside space.

Also on this floor is a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are a further two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub serves all guests. There are also 2 beds for children available upon request.
On the mezzanine level is a small sitting room with a selection of books to relax with, as well as an office room. Completing the accommodation is a stunning bedroom suite with a double bed and bathroom with shower.
Step outside the villa onto an attractive covered terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture that extends that of the living space. There's also a table and chairs for al fresco dining and deckchairs for enjoying a pre-dinner drink or snack. The fenced, private swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful lawns with further seating options.

Having use of the facilities of the Aroeira Golf Resort, Villa Efigenia is just a short distance away from two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts and communal tropical swimming pool. A spa and healthcare centre ensure you're happy and healthy during your stay. For everyone to have fun and relax there's a children's playground, shopping centre and a range of bars and restaurants on offer.
The quiet sands of Praia Fonte da Telha are just 2.5 km from the villa, so make a picnic and head down to the beach for a fun day out. There are great waves for surfing and everyone will enjoy going for a swim in the beautiful waters. A range of beachfront restaurants serve delicious fish and seafood dishes and provide stunning views out across the sea.
Lisbon is Portugal's capital city and is around a 35-minute drive north of the villa. Full of historic monuments, lively culture and great places to eat and drink, Lisbon has something for everyone. The historic area of the city, Alfama, is home to traditional pastel-painted buildings that make it a colourful place to soak up the local atmosphere. Its narrow, winding streets create a labyrinth in which to explore hidden corners and charming boutique shops and cafes.
When you need to take the weight off your feet, jump on Lisbon's famous Tram 28 that will take you up and down steep streets. There are so many impressive sites of interest spread across the city, with highlights being the Moorish Castelo de Sao Jorge, Jeronimos Monastery built during the Renaissance and the modern Lisbon Oceanarium.
