Description

Villa Genovevia is a spectacular, architecturally designed stand-alone villa in its own lush grounds set within the Aroeira Golf Resort. Blending both the privacy of a detached home in verdant, wooded gardens along with all the amenities of the wider resort, this villa is a truly sumptuous choice for exploring the Lisbon Coast.

Designed with impeccable finishes and taste throughout, interiors enthusiasts will love the laid back, yet high spec feel of this place. The sheer amount of light that pours into this villa make it very special, as outdoor living fuses seamlessly with indoor spaces.

Guests will stop to draw breath as they first take in the wonderful, impressive silhouette of this modern home, that somehow subtly merges with its secluded, green surroundings.

Villa Genovevia offers something truly unique: modern yet not sterile, luxurious but not ostentatious - it has a wonderfully calm aura, beautifully sourced natural timbers and soft neutral tones throughout, as well as so much wonderful natural light.

The living spaces are laterally laid out in an easy open-plan set up. Within the spirit of the villa, furnishings are contemporary yet subtle - accents of colour keep a fresh, fun vibe. Gorgeous high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass give this place so much natural charm. The views across the lawns are wonderful, and at night the sense of the outdoors is lovely - when the pool is lit and the trees are gentle swaying in the Mediterranean breeze.

The living space provides plenty of relaxation potential, whilst the contemporary, sleek kitchen has an eat-in option. The cleverly designed mezzanine level provides additional bedroom space. Villa Genovevia offers the final word in informal, chic holiday living!

With so much natural wood, the villa is designed sympathetically with a nod to the local surroundings - the gardens are fragrant with the scent of pine trees.

There are four double bedrooms (one of which is the mezzanine floor), accommodating eight people comfortably. The bedrooms continue with the warm, subtle, neutral tones of the villa along with splashes of personality by way of fabulous artwork or accents of bright colour. There is further scope for two additional children's beds. The four bedrooms are set over the three storeys meaning the whole family can spread out.

The bathrooms are sublime! Huge, marble baths, walk-in showers and “his and hers” sinks in the European style, all finished with ambient lighting.

The villa is fantastically equipped; it provides a games room with table tennis, gym equipment and bikes.

The outdoor spaces are divine! Very secluded, the grounds offer a green sanctuary away from the bustle of the resort. Lush green lawns, pine trees and wonderful private pool as well as multiple outdoor eating areas make outdoor living here so natural. Imagine sitting back in the evening as the sun goes down, the garden lights illuminating this fragrant space, with a glass of local wine!

Of course, all the touches of modern living are present: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television. Villa Genovevia truly blends the privacy of a secluded villa with the convenience of a well serviced complex.
