About the property
Manifold at Hartington Courtyard is a charming, semi-detached, barn conversion in the heart of the popular village of Hartington in the Peak District. It’s one of three holiday cottages that are set around a courtyard, (the second is the other half of the barn conversion, whilst the third is a larger cottage). Being set away from the road a little, Manifold is quiet, yet is also just a minute or two away on foot from a cafe, pubs and gift shops. Manifold retains original features including oak ceiling beams, but has been furnished to offer a couple all the essential modern conveniences required for a carefree stay.

The space
Step through the front door and into the light and bright living room where you can get comfy on the sofa or armchair in front of the Smart TV that comes with a full Sky package, BT Sports and Netflix. A log-effect wood burner is ready to add an extra layer of heat and cosiness on cold winter nights. There is WiFi throughout the cottage too.

Meanwhile, the kitchen/diner has a dining table for two and facilities including an oven, hob, fridge and microwave. Outside in the courtyard there is a small gravelled garden area with a table and chairs for two that makes the perfect spot to eat a snack or sip drinks on a warm summer’s evening. There’s also a dedicated parking space.

Upstairs, there’s a bedroom with a king-size bed, a wardrobe and drawer space, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over.

In addition, in the courtyard, there is an outbuilding (shared with the other two cottages at the site) that offers laundry facilities and is set up as a Sky Sports Room equipped with a 50-inch TV, surround sound, plus Sky and BT sports channels. So, if you make friends with fellow guests, it’s a great place to meet up and watch a big game.

Guest access
There is a lockbox where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in. The Sky Sports Room and laundry facilities in the outbuilding in the courtyard is shared with other guests.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment of 3% of the rental price can be made to waive this requirement.

Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
