Description
Amazing secluded villa, walking distance (10 mins) to nearest town with bars, restaurants and two supermarkets.
The town is largely Spanish though most people understand a little English.
The villa is in 6,500m2 of private gardens, including Palm Trees, fruit orchard, grape vine and olive orchard (producing bottled olive oil every year). It also has a private, secluded pool with covered sink, toilet, BBQ and fridge/freezer area.
There is a car port and a garage though there is plenty of space so can accommodate many more cars.
The living space has a very large lounge with 180 degree french doors which lead onto a patio (also patio access from one of the bedrooms). 4 furnished bedrooms (one with large dressing room), 2 bathrooms - 1 with shower, 1 with bath, a separate kitchen and a utility room.
Upstairs there is an unfurnished 2 bedroom flat (no kitchen).
