The private garden is a wonderful place to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, admiring the Mediterranean views. From time to time, you can refresh at the exterior shower which is, at the same time, so practical to wash off the salt after a swim in the sea since to go to the beach you just have to cross the garden and the dunes! At the garden you will find several seating areas and enjoy a drink, watching the sunset. On the other side, the porch is the ideal place to prepare a barbecue with your family and friends. On the first floor terrace you can lie on one of the two sunbeds, read or simply revel in with the marvellous sea views. The house is located in a quiet urbanisation with direct neighbours. Inside, the two storey chalet looks great with its Mediterranean and modern style, offering services like the air conditioning, satellite television with German and English channels, Smart TV and a safe. The living - dining room is the meeting place for all the family in order to have lunch, chat or have a rest after a day full of activities. The kitchen is the favourite place of all chefs and it includes an island with an induction hob, utensils, dishwasher and coffee machine. At the independent laundry you will find the washing machine, the tumble dryer, the iron and the ironing board. In addition, there is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, a baby cot and access to the terrace as well as an en-suite shower bathroom downstairs. There is also a toilet for the ground floor.On the first floor you will find the other three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds. The third one features a double bed, an en-suite hydro-massage bathtub bathroom. All bedrooms on the first floor present a wardrobe and access to the first floor terrace. Three of the bedrooms amaze with the wonderful sea views while the last one has green area views. There is a bathroom with a shower and a bidet also on the first floor.Playa de Muro is a quiet area in the Northern Majorca which stands out due to its fine sandy beach and clean waters. The beach extends several kilometres, joining the villages of Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcudia. You will find some "chiringuitos" or beach bars along the beach and you can have a long walk through the dunes - a natural space of great beauty. Not only in Can Picafort but also in Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants as well as a great leisure offer.This holiday cannot accept customers under 25 years, except in cases where travelling with their parents.
