With free private parking, Casa Ansietta offers guests the availability of three apartments with non-smoking rooms, with kitchen and private bathrooms. "Pomegranate", "Sunflower" and "Glicine".
It also has a large shared relaxation area with equipped kitchen, large screen and games, a swimming pool and seasonal outdoor whirlpool, a garden and a barbecue area.

The 'MELOGRANO "apartment is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse with an independent entrance from the pool side and has a splendid view of the Marche hills. Distributed over four rooms, it consists of a living room complete with kitchen, an independent bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two beds. All rooms are equipped with WI-fi coverage and air conditioning. The apartment also has a furnished outdoor gazebo. It can accommodate up to 4 people plus extra extra bed.

A few kilometers away from the most important tourist attractions of the area, Casa Ansietta is easily accessible from the highway 77 which connects the sea to the mountains.
From here guests will have the opportunity to take long walks immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the Marche countryside or move to the nearby Abbadia di Fiastra Nature Reserve, where art and nature have coexisted for centuries in a perfect combination. Nature lovers can also go to the Monti Sibillini National Park or, towards the coast, to the Conero Park, which hosts the most beautiful and unspoiled beaches in the region, which have been awarded with numerous awards for years.
The territory is also famous for its medieval walled villages (in the surroundings we remember Mogliano and Urbisaglia) and for the characteristic perfectly intact historical centers (such as Fermo and Macerata), which often preserve real masterpieces of art and beauty, like the famous Crucifixion painted by the Renaissance painter Lorenzo Lotto in Monte San Giusto, a few minutes away.
For lovers of archeology, the Urbs Salvia Archaeological Park, the most important in the region, with the presence of the imposing remains of the Roman Theater and Amphitheater, as well as the circuit of the ancient walls, is a must, just a few kilometers from here.
For lovers of music and shows, however, the region offers fans numerous concerts and theatrical festivals in every season, often hosted in one of the countless historical theaters - real jewels located in almost every urban center - that have made the Marche famous all over the world. In summer, the evocative lyrical season of the Macerata Opera Festival, which welcomes in the imposing and scenographic Sferisterio also concerts of the most important singers of the national and international contemporary scene.
The area also boasts a variety of extraordinary typical food and wine products, yet to be discovered and which will pleasantly surprise you: from the ciauscolo, the famous spreadable soft salami, to the cooked wine and the Vernaccia di Serrapetrona, without forgetting the popular mistrà Varnelli and traditional cheeses.
