This 2-bedroom cottage in Pian di San Martino is great for a small family or 4 persons looking forward to a relaxed holiday. You can fully enjoy the sun and if it gets too hot, you can take a dip in the shared swimming pool. Horse riding opportunities are present at 1 km. Visits to the towns of Pian di San Martino at 2 km and Todi at 5 km are ideal. Other historical towns such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi are also within easy reach. Must see places in the area include Piazza del Popolo and Tiber River Park. The cottage has indoor heating and air-conditioning for comfort in all seasons. Let the kids romp in the small playground on the lawn while you lie down relaxing in the fresh air. In the evenings, collect around the hot barbecue on the furnished terrace. For leisure hours, you have a table tennis table. A pet is allowed free of charge. Parking is available. the pool will be closed from 3 to 24 May for extraordinary maintenance work
