This is one of the most desired locations in the complex due to the wonderful sea views! Recently repainted and redecorated. A comfortable and colorful villa with living room looking out over the 9th green of the north course of Golf Del Sur. This villa has an over-sized terrace with plenty of room for everyone with you on holiday! Perfect for watching the Golfers! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. Layout

Bedroom one has a king-size bed complete with new duvets and blackout curtains. Plenty of space in the wardrobes and a window with shutters you can open to enjoy the fresh air. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a large ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has single beds with new duvets as well, bedside table and lamp, a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has patio doors with shutters leading to the terrace with views of the golf course. The master bathroom has a tub and a separate shower. Bathroom two has a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and so it has everything you would need in a self-catering villa. Included but not limited to, a washing machine, refrigerator freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven. The living area has one sofa and two comfortable armchairs, coffee table, ceiling fan, television and large patio doors leading to back terrace. Internet is included at no charge. The dining area table and chairs seat 4-5 people.
