This is a pretty little cottage set deep in the delightful Conwy Valley. The Granary is one of three beautiful cottages all available as holiday homes, the smallest of the three but boasting plenty of character and charm. You can book The Piggery (sleeps 5) and The Farmhouse (sleeps 5) too if you are a group of friends or more than one family wanting to holiday together but have some space too. It’s a romantic spot for two (sleeps three at most in two linked rooms) and is a lovely place for a memorable holiday to North Wales. The Granary is so peaceful and good for the soul with 30 acres of private land, paths and woodlands to explore outside. The nearest pub for a bite to eat or quick drink is found by walking across a field. Just a little further afield are world-class attractions - the National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens and its Welsh Food Centre, the amazing Surf Snowdonia inland lagoon, Conwy’s castle and UNESCO world heritage town and Llandudno, Queen of Welsh Resorts and recently voted the UK’s finest. Oh, and we haven’t even mentioned the many wonderful beaches and spectacular mountains this part of North Wales has to offer. Enjoy!



Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Both linked through an open door way. One bedroom with superking and one single bedroom. There is a travel cot and spare single bed in one of the double bedrooms for guests to make use of.



Bathrooms: 1 downstairs shower room with loo, sink and walk in shower.



Kitchen: Well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icebox.



Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD, Music system.



Dining: The dining table is in the kitchen and provides comfortable dining facilities for all guests



Garden: There is a sitting area to the rear of the house and guests also have access to the 30 acres of surrounding meadows and woodland which belongs to the owners. There are paths to follow and lots of places to explore or have a picnic.

Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house.
