Villa Alandra is a 3-minute walk from the centre of the village of Deia on the west coast of Mallorca. For those wishing to escape the main tourist areas of Mallorca, this location is perfect. The nearest beach is Cala de Deva, which is only a 20-minute walk from the house (10-minutes by car). For the more active, there are mountains and coastlines for hiking. Deia is a village of unique character, which has inspired many artists, writer and musicians. There are picturesque landscapes and a bohemian lifestyle to enjoy and explore. Many millionaires have also settled there, making Deia a chic retreat. If you want to taste the local atmosphere, go see a concert at Cafe Sa Fonda, 1.5km from the house.
