Villa Fiorella is located on top of a hill with a 360 degree view of the green valleys and centuries-old oak woods below. The villa dates back to 200 years ago, completely restored with the typical style of Umbrian country houses with wooden beams on the ceiling, terracotta floors and oak parquet. The interiors are large and bright, the rooms are furnished with period furniture. The villa consists of two floors, the rooms on the upper floor can be reached both by an internal staircase and by the typical external staircase with a small balcony. It is a private park with roses and a well-kept lawn. In the same garden we find the swimming pool with a telescopic cover which is closed from 15.05 to 15.06 and from 01.09 to 15.10 allowing prolonged bathing even in the less hot period. There is also a large pergola covered both by the roof and by climbing plants which is closed from 15.09 to 30.10 and from 01.04 to 30.05. With a transparent polycarbonate cover to be able to use it even when it rains in order to use the bbq available. Ideal for eating out all together enjoying delicious dinners enjoying the magnificent panorama. Adjacent to the swimming pool there is a small fitness room with sauna and bowling green. The Villa has an ideal strategic position for visiting the most beautiful Umbrian cities in the area such as Orvieto, Assisi and Todi. The owner lives at 200m meters, on the same property, and occasionally performs the necessary maintenance work on the garden.
