The Space:

The property briefly comprises a two double bedroom sandstone cottage which has been renovated to exacting standards.



On the ground floor is the cosy living/dining room with log burner and luxury fitted kitchen. To the first floor are two double bedrooms and beautifully finished bathroom.



The property is complemented externally by off-street parking and a seating area to enjoy the stunning views over Aysgarth Falls.

Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

The Neighborhood:

Bumblebee Cottage is superbly situated next to Aysgarth Falls. Aysgarth is an extremely popular Yorkshire Dales village with a wealth of local amenities. The property is also set behind St Andrews Medieval Church.



The three stepped waterfalls at Aysgarth have been a tourist attraction for well over 200 years. Alongside the falls there are several easy paths winding through the woodland area, and in spring the wood is full of wood anemones and primroses. You may even be lucky enough to see roe deer darting away into the shadows.



There is a National Park Centre, café and car park at Aysgarth Falls so it easy to visit. A top tip is to remember that the waterfalls are at their most dramatic after heavy rain.

Getting Around:

The nearest stations to Aysgarth are War Memorial and Palmer Flatt Hotel. here is a regular bus service between Leyburn and Hawes which provides access to the village of Aysgarth. The National Park Centre and Falls are a 10 minute walk away.
