Villa Elena is an elegant property with private pool located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside town overlooking the charming Castellammare’s Gulf.
The villa extends over one floor. You enter the living area consisting of a large and bright living room, modernly furnished and overlooking the terrace and the private pool. The living area comprises a fully equipped and cheerful kitchen. The sleeping area is made up of four bedrooms: three double bedroom and one with two single beds. Three of them have private bathrooms with shower. A common bathroom with shower is at guests’ disposal. All the rooms are equipped with AC.
The outdoors, adorned with a tended garden and Typical Mediterranean plants, consist of a solarium area with private pool, barbecue and outdoor shower.
A large veranda, facing the pool, is the ideal spot for nice and tasty en plein air meals and for enjoying a stunning view of the sorrounding countryside.
