Description

Surrounded by a Mediterranean garden, the villa "Son Pere Genet" welcomes guests into an idyllic, rural atmosphere. Graveled surfaces surround the house and are complimented perfectly by a welcoming terrace with natural stone paving. The rounded pool near to the house conjures up a special maritime atmosphere, where relaxing and whiling away the time comes easily. The upper portion of the pool is lined with tasteful mosaic tiles and varies in its depth between 0.5 and 1.75 m. There is also an outdoor shower as well as a handy parasol. There are plenty of comfortable sunbeds, offering you the possibility to lavishly relax between refreshing dives into the pool, perhaps over a cool, delicious drink. Depending on the time of day, the garden offers some cool shade to escape the heat. Children staying here will love playing and romping about on the lawn. The covered part of the terrace, adjacent to the property, provides you with a myriad inviting seating areas, as well as the splendid grand dining table, for you to enjoy your convivial dinners outdoors. If this isn't to your liking some nights, then there is also the chilled lounge corner. Whether for breakfast or during a culinary evening BBQ – this beautiful terrace with a gorgeous view of the lush garden and Mediterranean sky will woo guests at any time of the day. For the BBQ, you can find delicious fresh regional ingredients throughout the day and prepare and cook them over the embers to suit your taste.

As is traditional for these properties, you enter the house directly from the terrace. Once inside you will see how the well-maintained design of the outdoor area continues into the building. Harmonising colours on the ceilings and floors, bright walls and many tasteful items of furniture all blend together to give the rooms a pleasant, homely feel. Lovingly chosen decor perfectly rounds off this picture, as do the ornate exposed ceiling beams. A pleasant living/dining area offers you the chance to relax on two comfy sofas, perhaps with a magazine, a good book or even an entertaining film (as a TV is also installed in this area). At the expansive dining table you can, should you wish, all enjoy an excellent meal indoors together. The classic Mallorcan kitchen, which is loosely separated from the living area by a counter, provides you with everything you could possibly need to cater for your daily needs. A filter coffee machine and an electric kettle are also included in the facilities. Tastefully decorated, spacious bedrooms entice you in for a long and restful night's sleep. With a total of two beds measuring. Two modern bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, are comfortable and naturally-lit. A guest bathroom completes the sanitary aspect of the house. Irons and hairdryers are provided for your convenience, and so you do not need to waste luggage space by bringing your own from home.

Attractive sandy beaches can be easily reached from the villa, with most of them often having shallow access into the sea. For those of you wishing to visit the Bay of Alcúdia, you simply have to travel through Búger towards Muro and then go on from there to Alcúdia. A well-constructed road takes you right to the centre of the holiday town. Búger has remained free from mass tourism. Here, you can still observe genuinely original, traditional Mallorcan culture. Those who enjoy walking and hiking will definitely get their money's worth here. There is a wonderful hiking trail in the surrounding area, filled with green valleys, steep coastline and imposing sheer rock faces.
