This ground floor holiday apartment, below the owner’s home and at the same location as Polgew Studio (TAS), is spacious and offers amazing sea views. Enjoy watching boats go by and kite surfers from the award-winning garden, or take the 3-4-minute walk to the long sandy beach. Sea fishing available 200 yards away. Marazion has art galleries and pasty shop; a cream tea can be enjoyed from the hotel overlooking the superb castle on the mount. Further afield is the maritime town of Penzance or Newlyn with art gallery, fresh fish shop. Shops 300 yards, pub ¼ mile.

Polgew Apartment can be booked together with Polgew Studio (ref TAS) to accommodate up to 6 guests.

Winter fuel supp of £45 per week from 26th Oct to 31st March. The owner will provide transport for any customer wishing to travel by train or coach, to and from the train/coach station by prior arrangement. Dedicated off street parking bay outside the property. Pets are not permitted.
