Description

Villa Crema is a stylish property located half way between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast on a hillside overlooking the Sorrento coast.
The villa is located 3 km from the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi where you can find everything you may need during your stay such as shops, supermarkets, bars, banks and restaurants including the famous two-star Michelin restaurant “Don Alfonso”.

The villa develops on two floors:

On the ground floor there is the large and bright living room with a fireplace, comfortable sofas and a Sat TV; part of the living room consists in the dining area furnished with a very large table where all the guests can dine together. The dining area gives onto the garden furnished with outdoor sofas and armchairs where you can sip an aperitif admiring the beautiful view.
Still on the ground floor and next to the living area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals.
Furthermore, there is also a family bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet a shower and a washing machine.

On the first floor there is the sleeping area with three bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and a hydro-massage shower, a double bed (on request it is possible to have two separate beds) and the third bedroom that has three single beds; all the bedrooms have direct access to a common terrace.
On this floor there is another bathroom with bathtub.

The focus of Villa Crema is its well-tended garden with a private swimming pool and a solarium area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas where you can relax while drinking an aperitif or admiring the sunset.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

A car is recommended if you wish to travel along the coast and you can park it at the villa, in fact there is a private parking for a maximum of four cars.
Within a short driving distance, you can reach the nearest beaches at Marina Del Cantone from where we fairly recommend to book a private boat tour to the Isle of Capri or to the Amalfi Coast to make memorable your vacation.

Villa Crema is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday in Sorrento peninsula.

Within a short driving distance, you can reach the nearest beaches at Marina Del Cantone from where we fairly recommend to book a private boat tour to the Isle of Capri or to the Amalfi Coast to make memorable your vacation.

Rental rules
- A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation and the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
- A cash refundable deposit of € 500 will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
 
Extra costs to be paid in cash upon arrival:
- Final cleaning: € 200
- City tax: € 3,00 per person per day (from 18 years onwards)
- Late check-in fee (after 22:00): € 30,00
