It is within a 22,000 m2 estate on flat land with spectacular views overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana and the village of Santa Margarita, beautiful gardens with trees and Mediterranean vegetation in addition to an incredible pool of 6 x 10 meters.
The house, a 200-year-old building, with 225 m2, is an imposing traditional Mallorcan construction with porches, terraces, gardens and a patio of great beauty and elegantly furnished and decorated with pieces of noble materials, with air conditioning and heating. It is fully furnished for 6 people and very well equipped for your holiday.

Distribution:
The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor there is a small Mallorcan kitchen, a living-dining room with fireplace and a large window overlooking the typical landscape of Mallorca. On the same ground floor, there are also two cozy and comfortable rooms with two single beds (0.90 x 200cm) and fireplaces included, between these two bedrooms we can find a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor, there is the third bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a bathroom.
Outside, the house has a stone barbecue, a wood-burning oven, a large dining table under an imposing shade tree for breakfast, lunch or dinner enjoying magnificent views surrounded by wildlife and nature.

The house is supplied with solar energy, has ceiling fans with remote control, two in the living room and one in each room of the house, 2 air conditioners.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
