This holiday home is ideal for relaxing holidays on site or at the lake and for excursions to explore the rich surroundings: the famous Etruscan town of Cortona (30 km), Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia and Assisi (all between 25 and 50 km). Castiglione del Lago with its imposing castle, the old town with bars, ice cream parlors and trattorias, and child-friendly sandy beaches 7 km away. Take the ferry from here to explore by boat the romantic islets of Lake Trasimeno! Restaurants and trattorias are also available in the small towns of Pozzolo and Gioiella, each 3 km. The entrance to the house is via a small covered terrace, which is located in front of the central kitchen. Covered parking spaces and garage by the house. The friendly owners live 50 m above and are available to guests if necessary with advice and assistance.
