This lovely house with covered loggia is located in the hilly countryside of Ciociaria, in Central Italy and east of Rome, about 7 km to the medieval town of Paliano.This lovely house has no less than five bedrooms and three bathroom and can therefore accommodate up to ten people comfortably. The property is spacious and has a lovely living dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. It has been decorated with care in a contemporary style with some classical Italian touches here and there.One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor whilst the remaining four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor. For the guests comfort all bedrooms are air conditioned.The property is set in a large fenced garden, with seating areas and a beautiful pool area where guests can soak up the sun during the summer months.Places of interest include the famous thermal town of Fiuggi (10 km) and the nature park Selva, which is home to numerous bird species. The location is ideal to explore the most interesting regions of central Italy. One tip: this area is renowned for fine wines, delicious vegetables and tasty cheese. The property is 20 minutes from Rome's ring road: Taking from the ring road the 1st exit in the direction of Fiumicino you will reach the subway station (Anagnina), from where you will reach the centre of Rome in about 20 minutes. Arrivals and departures outside the scheduled timing are possible on request and upon local payment. The Rome airport is at an 50 km distance.
