Nice two-family holiday home just 150 m from the crystal clear sea and sandy beaches that alternate with low cliffs in this part of Puglia. Specchiolla is a seaside resort in the municipality of Carovigno, near the natural reserve of Torre Guacedo and 20 km from Ostuni, a famous medieval village with characteristic white houses. In the area there are also other villages such as Alberobello with its characteristic trulli, Martina Franca, Cisternino and many others. In the nearby town of Fasano, reachable in half an hour by car, there is a safari zoo suitable for the whole family. For those who love cycling there are signposted cycle paths that lead into the countryside or along the sea, for those who love shopping at just 10 km is Carovigno, or at 30 km is Brindisi with its large shopping centers. Local farms allow you to taste and buy local products such as olive oil, wine, pasta and other culinary delights famous all over the world. The house is divided into two independent apartments connected by an external staircase and each one comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room with kitchenette. On the ground floor is a large covered terrace where all the guests can comfortably find place together. An outdoor kitchen is ideal for outdoor cooking and a barbecue, outdoor shower and a bathroom complete the garden equipment. Not far and within walking distance is also a tourist village with outdoor swimming pools which can be accessed against payment (subject to a subscription that the owner can provide on request).
