Casa de la Roca is a stylish, elegant and comfortable villa. A home for the sophisticated guest, an ideal starting point for a relaxing, unique holiday off the tourist population centers, but in the middle of a leisurely and unhurried Canarian life. A living space of 185 m² on two floors offers a maximum of 4 people the comfort and space you would not want to miss even on vacation. Especially music lovers will be pleased with a black Yamaha piano and a stereo system with many old records and new classic CDs. Central heating and a fireplace with fan provide cosiness in the winter months.
You enter the house by a broad, massive bridge that gives view to the natural rock underneath, planted with various cacti. On the sea side, the balcony has a glass railing for uninterrupted view of the sea - from here watching one of the magnificent sunsets is an unforgettable experience.

Rooms and equipment: The upper floor with living/dining area, spacious kitchen, large guest toilet and the stairwell has an size of ​​95 m², the living / dining room alone is 60 m². It is modern in design with handcrafted tables made of glass, marble, or granite, with comfortable chairs in the dining room and a cozy seating area in the living room.
In the book corner there are many books in German and English, a flatscreen satellite TV and a stereo system.
The kitchen is 10 m² in size and fully equipped, with a granite worktop, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, kettle, electric bread slicer, coffee maker, toaster and lots of kitchen utensils - ideal for trying out Canarian cuisine for yourself.
A wide, comfortable staircase leads to the ground floor, where the two bedrooms with bathrooms en suite are located. The bedrooms are 32 m² and 26 m² respectively, with double beds and spacious built-in wardrobes. Lying in bed you can see the sea. The bedrooms have large sliding doors to the terrace.
The bathrooms each have glass shower cubicles without trip hazards, wash basins, toilets, towel dryers, radiant heaters. The bathroom windows and a sliding door / window in the bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.
Bed linen, towels, bath towels, bathrobes are available.
The pool has a size of 3 x 7 m and a depth of 1.45-1.55 m. Hot water for the house is produced most of the year by solar cells on the roof, otherwise by the gas boiler. All rooms are equipped with central heating.
There are also: cabinet safe, iron, hair dryer, 4 bathrobes, washing machine, dryer, garden chairs, loungers and a charcoal grill.
A golf set is available for golfers, consisting of a Taylor Made golf bag and the Inesis Golf Kit 500 Men, each with a pitching wedge, a sand wedge, putter, iron 6, iron 8, hybrid 4 and the driver. The equipment can be received by the caretaker free of charge.
An Internet connection via cable or WLAN is provided free of charge.

Casa de la Roca is a non smoking home.

Due to its location in a residential area without play facilities and because of the upscale furnishings and amenities, the house is not appropriate for children under 17 years .
