Villa Rugiada

Description

As in the name, Villa Rugiada shines in the sun shining with its own light among thethousand wonders of one of the most fascinating areas in Italy.

Its views are reflectedon the waters of Lake Garda which at any time of the day, but especially at sunriseand sunset, manage to color themselves with magic to give truly extraordinaryemotions.



Within a property of seven and a half hectares, this house is surrounded by large, verylivable green spaces where you can comfortably relax to enjoy true sun baths butwhere you can also spend days in joy and carefree, with family or with friends.



The large solarium area of ??the garden - with deck chairs, umbrellas and swings - isserved by a small swimming pond, where you can swim among water lilies andaquatic plants or sit in the shade of a banana tree or other tropical trees, and awonderful terrace with heated whirlpool, to immerse yourself and enjoy a littlerelaxation even on the coldest days and evenings.

On another terrace, however, alarge wooden table with chairs will allow you to have lunch and dinner in a uniquesetting right above the waters of Lake Garda, making you enjoy the thrill of beingtruly suspended between heaven and earth.

A corner of paradise where you will alsofind a barbecue area to be enjoyed especially at nightfall for an aperitif or a barbecueparty.



Always outside, you will be surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, from which anexcellent oil is obtained, and by green spaces where you can collect pineapple guava,goji berries and even Chinese dates.



An Eden for the explosion of colors andperfumes where you, during your stay, can safely live in absolute privacy.

For the little ones there is also a playground.However, the heart of the villa is the large open space of the living room. Very bright,it combines kitchen, dining room and living room.

After eating on the large walnutdining table, entirely handmade, take a seat in the living room and let yourself beembraced by the comfortable sofas giving you the always special atmosphere of thelit fireplace.



Stay comfortable, perhaps while sipping one of the wines from theinternal cellar.Upstairs the sleeping area with three bedrooms, all with lake view and all with privatebathroom.



Here too the environment is truly unique: wooden beams, as in the rest ofthe house, for the ceilings but also for the floors and most of the furnishings.



A perfect mix that makes the whole environment truly eco-friendly.



The waters of Lake Garda are just three hundred meters away on foot.
