The house extends over a single floor and is surrounded by a large equipped garden with spacious resting areas in the shade of the large trees and beautiful view of the countryside of the Maremma, the wild heart of Tuscany. 25 km from the beaches of Monte Argentario on the Tyrrhenian Sea with Porto Santo Stefano (Ferries to the Giglio and Giannutri islands in the Tuscan archipelago), Porto Ercole and Orbetello. Ideal starting point for exploring picturesque old hamlets such as Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano and the famous thermal springs of Saturnia in a breathtaking natural setting. About 65 km the town of Grosseto with medieval town center. Access over 300 m of gravel road. The owners live in the annex a few meters away.
