Description

"Amanecer" means "daybreak, sunrise". And this villa is actually as melodic and romantic as this title sounds. If you love tranquillity and privacy as well as a tasteful ambience, then you should not miss out on this property. Already the last metres of the young palm tree-lined driveway give the visitor the impression of idyll and uniqueness. The secluded garden, surrounded by lush trees, has a wide variety of niches and corners, and most of all many affectionate details to be discovered. In addition to beautiful lawn and terrace areas, there are also little walls, boulders, Mediterranean flowers, and other plants, for example. All these individual elements make this property very homely and atmospheric. The pool is located close to the house, surrounded by a beautiful natural-stone terrace which, depending on the time of day, also offers natural shade, and has a simple staircase access. The sun loungers available in sufficient numbers allow you to find the most beautiful spot in the garden for relaxing. A small path leads from the pool to the roofed terrace with a round table and chairs. Here, if you like, you can start the day with breakfast or see off the end of the vacation day. The view of the pool and the rest of the garden is just wonderful. Conveniently, you have a small outdoor kitchenette here with a fixed barbecue, so that the tasty, fresh Mediterranean ingredients can also be prepared outside.

A large, combined living/dining area receives you inside the villa. There are no unnecessary extras here. On the contrary, this part of the house impresses with clarity, tasteful individual components, and high-quality material. This space is atmospherically framed by the wooden frames on the windows, the matching beams on the ceiling, the natural-stone wall on the front side, and the terracotta tiles. The extra wide sofa invites you to spend hours relaxing by the fireplace or TV. Here you can also enjoy reading a good book or have a tasty drink. The solid dining table with the rattan chairs round off the cosy room finely. Only a wide arch separates the bright kitchen, which is just next door. This is fully equipped and offers an oven, cooker, large refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a Senseo and filter coffee machine. A winter garden-like niche offers another beautiful and light-flooded seating area in the house. Here you can enjoy the view of the garden through the large windows, even in bad weather. In the three bedrooms, the inviting combination of aesthetics and homeliness is continued. Mostly bright furniture and fabrics harmonise here with discreetly set, stylish accents. Here, the large bedroom with the en-suite bathroom should be mentioned as a particularly charming sleeping room. The bathrooms are not merely functionally equipped, but also very strikingly designed. In the whole house you can use the comfortable underfloor heating, the bedrooms are ideally air-conditioned.

The famous beach town of Cala Ratjada is only a few minutes away by car and features a picturesque harbour along with a variety of bars and restaurants. The little towns of Artà and Capdepera have maintained the charm of their medieval origins, setting them apart nicely from the newer tourist spots along the coast. Even in winter, both towns lots of dining and shopping options. It is also worth mentioning that the Parc Natural northeast of Artà, one of the largest nature reserves in Mallorca, which connects the mountain range of the Llevant with dreamy bays, beaches, and cliffs, has become a rather popular and well-developed destination for hiking and rock climbing in recent years, yet at the same time it is mostly quiet and devoid of people. By the way: The owners of the villa live on a completely separate estate near the villa, so that you can enjoy maximum privacy as a guest here. You have exclusive access to the villa, garden, and pool as a guest. Sometimes, however, the two extremely sweet dogs, which are particularly popular with kids (see photo below), will stop by for a short visit.
