Ideal position to visit the southern east coast with the great beach of Calasetta, the stacks Nido dei Passeri or to make an excursion to Carloforte (13 km by ferry). In Carloforte in June there is the most important food event of the island, dedicated to the tuna fish. Here there is also the cous cous festival at the end of April. Do not miss to spend a day in the fantastic white sandy beach of Porto Pino (40 km).
