This holiday house is ideal for those who love peace and tranquillity and wish to spend their holiday in a cottage situated in a beautiful and secluded location. Here you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains and the wide valley. You can also go hiking or mountain biking or simply relax by the pool. The house stands on a plot of 27,000 square metres, where your children can freely play and run around. The access road to the house is a little rugged and there are no street names, but this single-storey house with a beautiful terrace and cosy relaxing areas more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. The main house can accommodate 4 people while the neighbouring guest house can accommodate 2 more guests. The house is ideal for several families or a group of friends. The sea is approximately 25 km away from the house. You can visit Alicante or the city of Jijona, which is well known for its "turrón" (a sweet made of almonds). The pottery town of Agost and the Palm City of Elche are also worth a visit.
