The house has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. For the golf enthusiast it is close to many superb golf courses.
A 10 minute drive inland takes you to the world renowned La Manga Club with its superb golf courses, tennis clubs, large swimming pool, high class shops and restaurants. You don't need to be a member to enjoy the facilities.
And 15 minutes away is the lovely scenic fishing port of Cabo de Palos with excellent fish restaurants.
Cabo de Palos is at the start of the La Manga Strip with miles upon miles upon miles of glorious beaches - on one side the Mar Menor and on the other the Mediterranean. It takes half an hour to drive to the end of the strip!
The city of Cartagena is about 20 minutes away, a city of culture, fine shopping and restaurants.

There are daily markets selling lots of wonderful locally grown fruit and veg, as well as clothing, sunglasses, bags, shoes etc.
