Coming from Santa Margalida, we have the inviting "Ca Na Picona" villa on the right side before Can Picafort, which welcomes us with beaming sunshine on the tour day. The very well-kept outdoor area - a part of the huge premises can be used as a garden - attracts you to discover more directly after the owner of the holiday domicile welcomes you. It will quickly be obvious: you can spend relaxed days outdoors in the secluded, idyllic atmosphere. A large grassy area with wonderful trees - some fully grown palm trees - offers a lot of beautiful places to put your chair or lounger and relax. The pool area is particularly attractive: the 10 m pool with mosaic stone tiles and a staircase in the corner is surrounded by a stone terrace, which invites you to long hours under the sun. Remember to bring a good book with you before you go to your favourite place! Rustic natural stone elements additionally have a decorative character in this area and emphasise the aesthetics used here. Those who would prefer to be in the shade can choose a spot on one of the covered terraces: for example, an area near the kitchen with a tasteful dining table set. What a great place for breakfast where you can plan the day ahead with a view into the greenery and the blue sky!
There is also another terrace on the corner of the house. Enjoy a delicious drink in the poly-rattan seating corner. And test the installed BBQ here on relaxed evenings! There are multiple parking spaces for rental cars at this gravel parking lot directly by the house.

We curiously enter the building that impresses us with its interior no less than what we have already seen. The ambiance is identified through special friendliness and is pleasantly emphasised by bright and proper facilities. Harmonising colours on the walls and in the form of fabrics were combined stylishly with natural stone elements, wood and beautiful floor tiles. The ground-floor house initially has a small entrance area, which leads to a hallway on the right for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The three air conditioned bedrooms attract through simple aesthetics and are each equipped with two single beds at 0.90 x 1.90 m each. The bathrooms have modern installations and are equipped with a shower or bathtub. There is a pool at the end of this hallway on the right terrace. When looking straight from the entrance, you can see the open kitchen with a dining table - you can also eat inside perfectly. The kitchen itself offers ideal equipment for self-caterers with a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and Melitta coffee machine. Maybe you want to try a typical Spanish recipe during your stay? The cosy living room to the left of the kitchen has a comfortable large sofa, flat screen TV with satellite TV and a small music system offering an oasis of relaxation that promises comfortable hours. The wireless internet connection makes it possible to surf the web during your holiday as well - and your friends at home will surely be happy to receive a few snapshots.

The old port town of Can Picafort is located in the middle of the Bay of Alcúdia and is just a 10 minute drive away from the villa. You will find bars and restaurants here, along with a vibrant nightlife in the local clubs. The villa is about 250 m from the national road which links the town of Santa Margalida to the coastal town of Son Baulo. As a result, you only need to drive a few minutes to reach a beautiful, white, sandy beach which stretches out toward both directions from Son Baulo and, in the south, it borders the magnificent and by no means crowded natural dune beach of Son Serra de Marina.
