Moreover, the estate also has a partly covered parking space for your hire car.

You will be received in a homely atmosphere when you enter the house, which has a charming, individual touch. Warm tones, lots of wood, and lovingly arranged details make a noticeable impact on the cosy ambience. The parlour measures 40 m² and features a fireplace, satellite television, DVD player, and stereo system. Wireless Internet access tops off the media offering. The open-plan architecture results in the sofa area turning into a typical Mallorquin kitchen as you walk further through it, coming fantastically equipped with hob, dishwasher, combined refrigerator/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and large dining table, making it the perfect foundation for a relaxed self-catered getaway. Furthermore, the house also features a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. The idyllic village Son Servera with supermarket, health and beauty shop, and diverse restaurants is just a five-kilometre trip from the villa. Every Friday is market day, with plenty of Mallorquin products on offer. The Cala Bona harbour with fisherman's boats and the freshest fish on the eastern coast is just two kilometres away. You can also find shops there. Moreover, there are multiple beaches nearby. The white, sandy beach of Costa de Los Pinos, for example, can even be seen from the villa (approximately one kilometre away).
