VILLA AMIELA is a characteristic three-storey villa for 16 people, situated on a gentle hill where you can admire the unique panorama of the Sorrento Coast. Fitted with every comfort and tastefully furnished, the villa is spacious both indoors and outdoors, with spaces perfect for relaxing but also for enjoying times with company. As well as the extensive functional communal spaces, there are also the stylish and comfortable private rooms, providing each guest with everything they need. Villa Amiela is particularly suitable for large families or groups of friends who can fully enjoy the spacious internal and external spaces of this modern structure.

Just a short pleasant walk from the renowned village of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, Villa Amiela is submerged in the magical dreamy countryside of scenic routes, rocky cliffs, green hills planted with lemon trees and Mediterranean flora and villages rich with history, culture, and colours.

The area is also popular for its nature. The most famous nature trail leads to nearby Baia di Ieranto, a true jewel under the care of the F.A.I. (Italian Environment Fund) which has kept its beauty intact since 1986.

You’ll be around 1 km from Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants, shops, the SITA bus stop, and local buses. The closest restaurant is 400 metres away and the closest beach is 6 km away.

You can reach Villa Amiela from street level without needing to climb any steps.

To stay at Villa Amiela we recommend that you have a vehicle, which you can park on site for free.

THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 m in size and 1.8 m deep. The pool area is furnished with sun umbrellas, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. From the pool you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, the island of Capri, and the rest of the coast. The pool is available from the beginning of April until the end of October.

THE TERRACE is partially shaded and furnished with tables and chairs for 20 people. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea. Adjacent is a tended garden containing trees, flowers, and plants typical of the region. Here you will also find an outdoor kitchen and a WC.

THE LAUNDRY ROOM has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will reach the laundry room from the terrace.


GROUND FLOOR


THE LOUNGE is bright and spacious with large windows looking out onto the garden. Here you will find a sofa, a laptop computer, and a television. The room is also fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE DINING ROOM is furnished with tables, chairs, and a fridge-freezer. From the lunch room you can access the terrace.

THE KITCHEN it is professional-grade, equipped with an induction hub, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen size bed and television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains two single beds and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE THIRD EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen size bed and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE FOURTH EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen size bed and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE FIFTH EN-SUITE BEDROOM contains a queen size bed and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SIXTH contains a queen size bed and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SEVENTH contains a queen size bed and a television and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SIXTH BATHROOM is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.


SECOND FLOOR


THE LIVING ROOM is furnished with a double sofa, a kitchenette fitted with a four-hob induction stove, a toaster, kettle, electric oven, dishwasher, television, fridge-freezer, and a table for four people. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room you will have access to a private terrace with sofas, tables, and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and the islands of Capri, Ischia, and Procida.

THE EIGHTH BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM contains a queen size bed bed, a television, kettle, a small fridge, and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, WC, shower, bidet, and hairdryer. From the bedroom you will have access to a terrace furnished with sun loungers, a table, and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Capri.


Important things to know

- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- The children under 7 years are not allowed.
