A green oasis at the end of a small cul-de-sac in the middle of a popular coastal town, close to the beach – we would like to introduce you to "Pomeres Nou". The white city villa is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean vegetation with an urban touch. In front of the inviting white house sits a wide veranda that offers a pleasant amount of space for a lounge corner. From here, you can enjoy the view of the small but excellent pool, which is embedded in a spacious terrace area. It has been fitted with comfortable loungers for extensive sunbathing. The wrap-around natural-stone surface of the building, together with the under-cover BBQ area, completes the picture of a perfectly laid-back holiday home with city flair. Of course, there is also the dining area, which you can use not only for barbecues and to post happy hour evenings, but also at the beginning of the day to have a hearty breakfast. The family-friendly design also becomes evident with the play equipment for children as well as the table tennis table – a fun activity for young and old alike.

Just like the outdoor area and Sa Coma itself with its beach and cross-town promenade, the interior of "Pomeres Nou" also reflects a family-friendly design in the air-conditioned environment with central heating. The centre of the uncomplicated house is the inviting living and dining area, presenting a mix of Mallorcan classics and a share of terracotta tiles alongside floor-to-ceiling wooden windows, as well as a modern touch with lighting fixtures integrated into the ceiling and chic furnishings. On cooler days or during the evenings, the sofa landscape is ideal for lazing about or enjoying a lively game night. A sliding door forms the connection to the kitchen, which also gives direct access to the veranda. You have consciously opted for self-catering on your holiday, so that you can easily prepare the fresh, aromatic, and tasty vegetables and fruits purchased from the weekly market or local producer's markets yourself - and the fully-equipped kitchen is happy to support you with this. A high chair is of course provided, as are two cots in two of the three double rooms. The quiet room with two single beds is perfectly suited to the older children of the party, which is why two families can also enjoy a holiday together here. You will surely want to take a luxurious bath in one of the two baths with shower fittings - just take time for yourself. After all, you're on holiday and are allowed to relax. Especially after an eventful day of excursions!

Because the region around the eastern coast of Mallorca is renowned among guests for its wide range of leisure activities. The centrally located villa "Pomeres Nou" in Sa Coma also benefits from this. Daily activities are sure to include walking into town to shop, visit restaurants, or go for relaxed strolls along the beach to the neighbouring town of S'Illot.
